"Very pleased with service - unfortunately driver was ten minutes late as couldn’t find our property because of complicated house numbering in Hillsborough Park. However when Ismal (Emal) did arrive he was extremely apologetic and very helpful and a very nice man. He drove us straight to Heathrow in his very comfortable car and in fact we will probably like him to pick us back from the airport on our return beginning of February. like him to pick us up from the airport on our return beginning of February if possible. "

"Nothing. I never expected to be met inside the terminal - it's not necessary. However, nearly £100 for this trip is excessive. I only pay £64 usually but my usual driver was not available."
